1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using VESTATE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident with valid PAN and Aadhaar, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. VESTATE reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Account & KYC

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Investments cannot be placed until your KYC is approved. Providing false information may lead to account termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Investments

Investments made via VESTATE are subject to project-specific terms disclosed at the time of investment. Returns shown on the platform are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please review project documents before investing.

5. Fees

VESTATE does not charge any onboarding fee. Project-level fees, if applicable, are disclosed in each project's documentation prior to investment.

6. Wallet & transactions

Your VESTATE wallet is a book-entry record maintained by us. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through licensed payment providers. Refunds are governed by the refund policy referenced in each transaction.

7. Redemption & exits

Every project defines its own exit mechanism (milestone, maturity, or secondary market where enabled). Exit timing and amounts are not guaranteed and may be subject to market conditions.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use VESTATE to launder money, evade taxes, impersonate others, or breach applicable laws. We cooperate fully with law-enforcement and regulatory inquiries.

9. Intellectual property

The VESTATE name, logo, platform, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VESTATE's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to VESTATE in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for market losses or force-majeure events.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
